Fourth Annual Environmental, Social and Governance Report from Nutanix

We share our annual ESG report as a commitment to increased transparency into our values, culture and ways we impact the planet and communities we serve.  Each year, we continue to learn more about ourselves while we track and highlight our progress.

In our fourth annual ESG report, we highlight how our values align with and drive our business strategy while sharing how our employees have a far-reaching impact on their communities and issues they care about.

In 2023, Nutanix employees contributed 2,660 volunteer hours and financial donations that were matched by the company to raise more than half a million dollars in support for 700+ nonprofit organizations worldwide.

This year's report describes the benefits Nutanix achieves by running a hybrid multicloud IT model, which allows us to use more than 60% renewable energy in our datacenters.  The report also outlines some of our corporate governance practices, which establish a vital framework that allows our board of directors and management to ensure our strategic goals remain aligned with the interests of stockholders and other stakeholders.
