Jennifer is the interim Chief People Officer at Nutanix, where she is responsible for designing and driving the global people strategy and operations. Over the past four years at Nutanix, she has served as the Vice President of Total Rewards, significantly contributing to the company’s HR initiatives and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Before joining Nutanix, Jennifer held HR leadership positions at Intuit and Symantec. With over 25 years of experience in human resources, she brings a global perspective to her role and thrives on building common ground to help achieve business goals. Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Northern Arizona University.
