For software support, the support for these VMware-compatible platforms are aligned with the support life of our appliance-based offerings. For the latest support dates, please refer to the End of Life Information - Hardware Platform Releases.
You must apply the same Nutanix licenses as you would for Nutanix-certified appliances such as Dell XC and HPE DX and other certified appliances. For migration services, please contact Nutanix professional services.

Please note mixing of Nutanix OEM appliances and repurposed vSAN Ready nodes is not supported..
Backup and DR is not dependent on the type of hardware platform, so there is no limitation when re-using vSAN Ready Nodes. Please check compatibility on the Nutanix Support Portal or check with your Nutanix account team.
The Nutanix Cloud Platform software is the same as ships with OEM Appliances, so standard Nutanix training applies.
