Customers can take advantage of the Promotion as part of their Nutanix deployment or if they are replacing VMware entirely. The Promotion may also provide a way to accelerate VMware replacement by reducing the need to wait for those assets to depreciate.

Key Features

What’s included?	One year of Nutanix licensing free, up to USD $200K in value, transacted as a one-time discount (promotional discount does not carry over at renewal). Deal term must be at least 3 years, with a minimum USD $100K Software Total Contract Value Deployment and migration services delivered by Nutanix up to USD $15K in value (subject to availability). Migration optimization assessment service delivered by a designated 3rd party (offered at no cost to qualified customers with a migration of 10 nodes or greater) . Access to white glove NC2 engineering services (offered at no cost for migration of 50 nodes or greater; subject to availability)
