Nutanix Inc.（本社：米国カリフォルニア州、プレジデント兼CEO: Rajiv Ramaswami 以下、Nutanix）は本日、同社取締役会が最大3億5,000万ドルのクラスA普通株式の買い戻しを承認したことを発表しました。
NutanixのCFOであるRukmini Sivaramanは、次のように述べています。「利益ある成長を支えて、株主様への強力なリターンを達成するため、当社はビジネスへの投資に取り組み続けています。今回の株式買い戻しプログラムは、こうした目標とも合致しており、Nutanixの長期的な市場機会と業績見通しへの自信を反映したものです。」
Nutanixは、適用される証券取引法などの規制に従い、公開市場買付や個別交渉の取引、あるいは、1934年証券取引所法の規則10b5-1（その後の改正を含む）への準拠を意図した取引計画の使用などの手段を通じて、株式を買い戻すことができます。自社株買い戻しの時期と数量は、株価、ビジネスと市場の状況、企業と規制の要件、代替的な投資機会などの要因に左右されます。今回の承認に有効期限はなく、いつでも変更、中断、廃止可能であり、最低株式数の買い戻しをNutanixに義務付けるものではありません。また、特定の数量の株式が買い戻される保証はありません。
